Flames of Judgement Bar Improvements

We have reworked the Flames of Judgement bar to assure that you can obtain faster!

Drop rates for all progression levels are increased and the 100% success rate requirement is decreased by 1/3.

Meaning it will take 2/3 of the total runs required to guarantee a successful drop!

The increased rates also imply you're much more likely to drop it before reaching the new bar cap.
