We are not planning to migrate to the new (and more expensive) Ice Burner system from officials.
As such, our IBs will remain priced at 160 100 KC and will not be getting any pool changes at this time.

Additionally, as per community request, some stats were reworked to (Dungeon) to prevent unintended PvP meta changes.
