Most players dislike Code of Honor and Engine Cooling System swapping.

For some its just inconvenient, for others the latency makes it even worse.

To remedy this issue, we introduce a new accessory

This accessory provides the combined effect (PvE only), can't be bankshared or traded.

We have reduced the original ED crafting fee of 200m to 140m ED.
